The brief

Proven in Zanzibar. Headquartered in Dubai.

INFINITY has delivered 42 projects with a $600M+ pipeline and 900+ people, but the UAE market doesn't know the story yet. This film puts the leadership in front of that audience, speaking as "we": what we built, how we think, and where we're going.

"We build for generations, not cycles."

Goal

Get noticed and build trust in the UAE. After the film, the viewer knows the leaders, the Dubai base and the portfolio.

UAE investors, HNW buyers, family offices, brokers, banks, hospitality partners and the press.

Tone

Luxurious, calm and confident. A five-star hotel film, with the leadership as its voice.

All frames are AI previs, made using the leaders' profile portraits and INFINITY's own project renders as references. The final film is shot for real with the leadership team in Dubai. Projects still under construction are shown as cinematic CGI walkthroughs built from INFINITY's renders, cut with real drone footage of site progress and labelled "Artist's impression". Completed heritage projects are filmed for real.
